swaipr is a dating app exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. Protecting minors is our highest priority. This page describes our standards and measures against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAM).

Report now1. Minimum age and age verification
swaipr is accessible exclusively to people aged 18 and over. Every user explicitly confirms during registration that they meet the minimum age.
If we become aware that an account was created by a minor, we will: immediately deactivate the account, delete all associated data, and document the incident and report it to the competent authorities if necessary.
2. Prohibited content
The following content is strictly prohibited on swaipr and is removed immediately:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Content that sexualises or endangers minors
- Inappropriate contact with minors
- Grooming attempts or other forms of abuse initiation
3. Reporting abusive content
Users can report abusive content or suspicious behaviour directly via the app or by email.
Report abuse, suspicious behaviour or child-safety-related content:
All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Confirmed violations lead to immediate suspension of the account concerned.
4. Reporting to authorities
swaipr is committed to reporting child sexual abuse material and related suspicions to the competent regional and national authorities without delay. In Germany this includes in particular:

5. Technical and organisational measures
- Age confirmation at registration
- In-app reporting of profiles and content
- Manual review of all reported content within 24 hours
- Immediate account suspension for confirmed violations
- Documentation of all incidents and reports to authorities
